Shipping Policy

1) On-Demand / Flexi Delivery

• a) If you choose on-demand delivery, your order will be delivered after it has been processed and completed any time between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
  (Same day for On-Demand / Next day onwards for Flexi)
• b) The delivery fee is as follows:
  • The base delivery charge for all orders at www.Aazada.com.my is RM8.
• c) Your delivery distance will be calculated from the applicable delivery distance table. (Please refer to in-store or app details.)
• d) It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information entered in the website or mobile app is accurate and complete.
  Note: Aazada Wholesale will not be liable for any late delivery or non-delivery resulting from incorrect delivery information.

2) Pick Up @ Aazada Wholesale

• a) If you opt for in-store pick-up, there are two available time slots for collection:
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• b) It is your responsibility to ensure that the pickup details entered in the website or mobile app are accurate and complete.
